便条上的爱作文(篇3)

发条的内容一般由标题、正文、落款三部分组成。

(一)标题

标题的写法可以有以下两种情况：

一种是直接由文种名构成，即在正文上方中写上“发条”字样，字体稍大。

另一种是以正文内容的前三个字为标题，即以“今售给”“今卖给”作为标题。这种标题的正文需顶格写。

(二)正文

正文通常在标题下一行空两格处写起，但以“今卖给”为标题的正文是不空格的，要顶格写。

正文的内容通常要写明以下一些内容，卖给什么单位、什么物品、数量多少、价格怎样、总计的钱款数额等。正文的末尾，可以加上“此据”、“此致”字样，也可在下一行紧接着写出收接收条的单位名称。如“此致中华大学总务处后勤科”。

(三)落款

写上售货单位的名称，在名称下方再写经手人姓名，并且要写明“经手人”字样。同时在“经手人姓名”下方署上售货的日期。要求加盖公章，以示负责和有效。

收条一般适用于下列一些场合

T原来借钱物或欠钱物一方将所欠、借的钱物还回时，借出方当事人不在场，而只能由他人代收时可以写收条。如果当事人在场，则不必再写收条，而只把原来的欠条或借条退回或销毁即可。
